2. Visiting the website
Our hosting provider, Domainfactory GmbH, processes technical connection and server-log data needed to deliver and protect the website. This may include your IP address, date and time, requested page, response status, browser and operating system information, and referring address.
The purpose is reliable delivery, error analysis and protection against misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Technical records are retained only as needed for these purposes; incident-related records may need to be kept while an incident is investigated.
3. Contact and collaboration enquiries
When you use the response form, we receive your name, email address, selected contribution area and message, together with any optional organisation information and suggested next step. We use these details to review your enquiry and communicate with you. Providing them is voluntary; without the required details we cannot process the form.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries concerning a prospective contractual relationship, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other correspondence, based on our interest in responding to enquiries and exploring relevant cooperation. The privacy acknowledgement confirms that you have read this information; it is not permission for advertising.
The form uses Contact Form 7. Messages are delivered by email and are not stored as submissions in the WordPress database. We have not enabled external CAPTCHA, newsletter or form-analysis services. No attachments are requested.
Enquiries are accessible to the people responsible for responding and to the technical hosting and email providers needed to deliver them. They are not published, sold or used as enterprise AI inputs. We retain correspondence while needed for the enquiry or resulting relationship, and longer only where legal retention duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require it.
4. Cookies, fonts and external services
The new website does not use advertising or analytics tracking. Essential WordPress cookies may be used for administrator login; language preferences may be stored by the language plugin. The design uses system fonts. Links to external websites are opened only when you follow them; those providers are responsible for their own processing.
5. Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it for the future.
Contact us at the address above. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, including the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).
6. A separate space for sensitive matters
This website and its collaboration form are not channels for confidential personal development work. Please do not submit health information, private development material, passwords or confidential client documents. If needed, agree an appropriate confidential channel with us first. We do not use enquiries to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
